Welcome to my Romance!

Welcome to my Romance is a confusing tail--excuse me, tale--of a handful of people seeking answers to the questions in their hearts. Don't roll your eyes! For instance, Reiji Haku seeks a purpose to life other than being someone's plaything. Sai Himakori, a half-blooded cat-demon, seeks someone to accept him. Owanji Jiwa seeks love in all the wrong places. Riki seeks a past he long forgot, and Iason seeks...well.... I don't know. Riki?

Universe:
The setting to W2MR is a make-believe fantasy-meets-reality-meets-yaoi universe. Angels and demons, (called such based on blood type and species) exist amongst humans in every day life, but not necessarily are accepted. Creatures like cat-demons, dog-demons, harpies, and many others exist in this world of seemingly impossible things.
500 years ago, a great war between all races, which had spanned nearly a century, came to an end. With such close contact between species, children born with mixed blood were created and mostly abandoned or shunned. Their mixed blood created interesting side-effects... empathy, pyrokinesis, seeing ghosts...
not only were these gifts acting as curses for many of the mixed-blooded generation, but because they weren't considered either species of their parents they were not protected by laws that such species may be under. Half-blooded human-demons and human-angels were being sold as pets, abused, left for dead.
So, an immortal by the name of Pheonix, (yes, his name is spelled this way intentionally.) joined forces with a few rag-tag comrades and formed a haven--a school--for these children belonging to no race. A government was formed, the BSN, (board of the supernatural).

Seinen Academy:
The school is immense, hidden underneath layer and layer of spells, protected both by natural and supernatural barriers. There are only 200 students attending and 20 staff.
The buildings aren't impressive castles, but three-to-four story high brick facilities. Each room has a private shower and holds two students each. There are three dorm buildings: Saionji, the Fox; Susumu, the sea-horse; Ohkami, the wolf.
Did I mention it's an all boy school? fufufufu!
There's also a bathhouse <3<3<3
The school is only 400 years old. It's set at the base of a mountain called Heaven's Peak. the mountain is protected by an ice-demon who has agreed to use the mountain as a natural barrier to protect the school.
The school is pretty isolated.... and full of boys... who are full of hormones...... yum. <3
There's an all girl school, too, called Aoi Hana. It's more modern and much smaller than Seinen Academy is, and is about three miles around the mountain. God o__o I can only imagine what goes on there... but this isn't a yuri comic! not yet! it's a yaoi comic!

The comic is loosely based on a YAHOOGROUPS role playing game (give her love!!!) and I created many years ago. Well, okay, like... two or three years ago. >.>; It's more correctly based on the stories she and I have written for the series, such as If Wishes Were Fishes. And I do all the art! <3 Yaaay for me!

UPDATING:
Updating will be sporatic I think, but I'll try to update at least 3 times a week. (this means I may go up to seven, so keep an eye out!) best thing to do is Devart watch the comic, so you know when something new has come up!!

Update: Saturday, August 13th

Sorry I haven't updated in like 2 weeks, I've been awfully distracted. But I promise to update sometime this weekend. I've been in a drawing mood for other plots..... ha ha ; as some of you can tell in my other devART. I keep drawing Oreo Cookie. Gomen!
Also! I know it is awfully annoying to click.... zoom.... back button back button click.... zoom.... and I couldn't figure out a solution to the problem. Kudos to Z-sensei, who brought up a good idea after reading my comic! so, starting this weekend, there will be a link going to the next comic in all my comments, so you can just click on it and poof! your there! magic!
